The Federation of the Sports Pedagogues of the Republic of North Macedonia, organized by the Association of Sports Pedagogues Kumanovo as a host and in cooperation with the Municipal Sports Union Kumanovo, on 28.2.2020 in Kumanovo successfully realized the Seminar for sports coaches and sports pedagogues, with a total of 66 participants from Veles, Kratovo, Kumanovo and Skopje, 5 guests and 4 educators.
The seminar covered four topics:
– Work with young categories (beginners), Aleksandar Jovanovic;
– The role of the coach in the management of sports clubs, Jugoslav Spasikj;
– Specifics and differences in the training process with female athletes, Filip Kolevski and
– Comparison of sports conditions in the municipality of Kumanovo 2010 and 2020, Slobodan Stojcevski.
The purpose of this seminar was to properly train coaches with athletes and managin the training process as well as the influence of coaches in clubs, in order to achieve better sports results.
